To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How to return on order?
- Please fill in the above fields with the required information
- If your return is requested in the allowed window of 14 days after receipt, you will receive a return confirmation email.
- Use the provided return labels (shipped with your order) and arrange either a pick-up for this return, or a drop-off with your local DHL point. Do not forget to ask DHL to put your return in one of their fliers (branded plastic envelopes). Failing to do so might result in an extra charge that will be deducted from your refund.
- The returned item (product) should be packed in its original package and should be in immaculate state (including – not used, not washed, with all internal and attached labels in place).
- You will receive your refund minus a deduction for the return cost as soon as possible after BOGDAR has received the returned item (product) and after we have verified its state and condition.
The cost for your return is negotiated by us directly with DHL:
- Returns from Europe: €15 - €25
- Returns from US & Canada: €20 - €30
- Returns from Asia (incl. China, HK SAR, Korea): €20 - €30
- Returns from MENA: €20 - €30
- Returns from Australia: €20 - €30
Exact amount depends on location and weight of the package returned. By returning an item you also consent to the deduction of the return cost.
Refunds and Denials
- The amount you have paid will be returned using the same payment means you have used in the initial purchase transaction.
- If BOGDAR's verification finds that the returned item/s (product/s) is not in its original state and condition and does not meet the requirements set out above (including if it has been used, washed, and has no or damaged internal and attached labels), your request to return the amount you have paid will be rejected, and the returned product will be sent back to you via courier at your expense.
- BOGDAR is not responsible if a returned item (product) gets damaged or lost by the courier company. In such cases, your request to return the amount you have paid will be rejected, and the returned product will be sent back to you via courier at your expense.
- Please note we can only accept returns booked through our return portal and shipped back to us using DHL service.
