Our local production and policy for sourcing materials from Europe reduce our carbon footprint. We only work with small family-owned, socially responsible fabric suppliers, certified for clean productions that do not harm the environment. Be it water and energy saving through chemical and waste management to renewable energy sources, everyone we work with is taking part in making the planet a better place. Here are some of the corporate certifications that our suppliers have acquired:
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard)
Being part of GOTS means that our supplier has limited the use of chemicals, has a functional waste water treatment plant and complies with a set of social criteria that guarantee the worker’s rights.
BCI (Better Cotton Initiative)
Being certified by BCI means that our supplier has covered a set of criteria including crop and water protection, biodiversity and land responsibility, quality of the crop, and working conditions.
GRS (Global Recycle Standard)
GRS verifies the origins of the recycled materials as well as the responsible social, environmental and chemical practice of the production.
